Ski Bespoke is an exciting new venture with a collective experience of over 40 years in the ski industry.
We have over the years established and nurtured excellent relationships with our hotels and suppliers, this together with our first-hand experience of top ski destinations and the wonderful ‘shhh – don’t tell anybody’ resorts that no other British tour operators offers in Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy and North America ensures that we are able to provide our clients with a holiday that meets, and in some cases exceeds customer specifications.
The specially picked management team has the knowledge and background and takes the time to listen to what the client is looking for. We are passionate about going that extra mile. Our bespoke service specialises in finding the ideal destination and accommodation requirements to suit our client’s exact needs. Attention is paid to the smallest details to ensure individuals, families and groups have an enjoyable ski experience and that their chosen destination proves to be the perfect choice.

LESLEY BENSON - Director
Lesley launched Ski Bespoke in May 2011 born out of the opinion that there was a gap in the market for a truly bespoke service offering attention to detail and excellent service to a niche market of discerning travellers.
As the Company’s Director she is passionate about the Company’s ethos of providing the perfect ski experience for her clients.
She has a wealth of knowledge and contacts throughout the industry and feels that there is a place for a company that provides a very personal service.
Lesley worked for several years as a buyer in the luxury goods market before transferring her skills to the luxury ski industry. She has worked in travel for the past decade and has visited and skied countless resorts across the globe and still enjoys the challenge of discovering that perfect place to stay.
KELLY WIDERA – Head of Operations
Travel professional, Kelly Widera, heads up Ski Bespoke’s Operations. Starting out as an admin assistant for a tour operator nearly a decade ago, her attention to detail and organisational skills were very quickly recognised and she was running her department within twelve months.
She is a keen non-skier - a little bit like Bridget Jones on skis. At some point we may be able to convince her to try again. Dressage is her main sport and competing takes up a lot of her spare time. Having a demanding sport gives her a great understanding of why people love skiing and why their holiday is so important. Although Kelly has a rather relaxed attitude towards skiing, she has spent a great deal of time investigating what the resorts and hotels have to offer in numerous destinations throughout the alpine world.
Kelly has worked alongside Lesley for the past nine years gathering a wide range of skills and a huge amount of knowledge of the industry. She is a stickler for deadlines and takes pride in her work ensuring clients’ holidays always run smoothly.
LUKE DORKING – North American Sales & Product Manager
If you are thinking of skiing in North America then Luke is our man to talk to. Luke is passionate about skiing stateside. He has spent the last seven years fully immersed in almost every facet of the ski industry and now is the North American Sales and Product Manager for Ski Bespoke.
Although he counts Whistler as a second home, Luke has managed to snowboard around resorts in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec in Canada as well as Colorado, Utah, and California in America and hopes to visit the remaining states in the next few seasons.
He has also skied in almost every corner of Europe, including summer skiing on the European glaciers and parks in Schladming, Dachstein, Deux Alpes and Saas Fee, making him the ideal person to chat with when organising a dream ski trip.
